(ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.) -- A 10-year-old child called 911 to report a burglary taking place in their home on Thursday.

The juvenile was alone in the house located at 1922 Tierra de la Luna SW. Three underage male suspects forced their way into the home and proceeded to take items and stuff them into their backpacks, according to the police report.

Officers quickly responded and apprehended all three suspects, who are now being held in a juvenile detention center.

All stolen property was recovered and returned to the owners.
